PROBLEM: Being one of the smaller-sized floor plans we wanted to show a big punch can be packed into a small space. DESIGNER TIP: Using painter's tape "draw" out the dimensions of the furniture to see how they will fit.

SOLUTION: Used full-sized and even a couple over-sized pieces in this apartment to demonstrate comfort and cozy can be created in any space. Created a couple of accent walls in a deep cranberry and blue and carried those colors throughout the space giving this model home a smooth flow.
